Animal Hospital of Sullivan County is currently hiring for a full-time OR part-time Veterinary Technician in the Ferndale, NY area. This position earns a competitive wage of $19.00 - $23.00/hour, depending on experience.

DAY-TO-DAY

This full- or part-time vet position can work within these hours: Monday - Thursday from 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Friday from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, and Saturday from 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM.

As a Veterinary Technician, you support our hospital's daily operations and assist with providing everything from preventative care to emergency services. No two days are the same as you work alongside your team to manage appointments and provide excellent pet care. You help treat our fuzzy patients' injuries and illnesses while caring for their basic needs, ensuring every pet is properly fed, groomed, and snuggled.

When interacting with human owners, you are always positive and professional. You help ease any fears or worries each owner may have and keep them up to date about their pet's status. Eager to help, you are always ready to jump in and assist your team wherever you are needed. You love spending your time with cute cats and dogs all day, and you take pride in playing your part to keep them happy and healthy!
